STEP 17 – RECRUIT

As your customer service grows, so will your RECRUITING efforts. You will begin to find builders who want to do what you do – Changing Lives One Drop At A Time.
 
They will also have a great role model who showed them the way to be effective in putting their customers FIRST!
 

Remember: I PUT MY CUSTOMERS FIRST AND EFFECTIVELY SUPPORT THEM AS I GROW MY BUSINESS.

Sometimes as we RECRUIT, we can forget to continue showing this amazing idea of customer service with our builders.

• We may forget to call them and instead tag them in a post or drop them a text.
• We may forget to ask about their goals or challenges and keep training focused on what WE want to share with them.
• We may forget to focus on their goals and instead treat our own goals as if they were theirs.
• We may ignore our Back Office to see how they are progressing in their numbers, especially if they aren’t on a leg we are focusing on.
• We may tell them what to do instead of asking great questions.
• We may even disengage to find our next leads by not training them or helping them reach out to their customers.
QUESTION – WHAT ARE SOME WAYS YOU CAN STAY CUSTOMER-FOCUSED, EVEN WITH NEW RECRUITS?
