Think about how you would feel if your best friend or spouse remembered that your favorite flowers were red tulips, and on one random day they surprised you with a gift on your desk of a vase of radiant red tulips.

How would you feel?

That personal touch may really affect you because someone listened and paid attention. Someone remembered YOU. It was the PERSONAL TOUCH that really showed you that YOU were important.
PERSONAL TOUCH with your customers can play a huge part in growing your business.
